Puzzles sizes listed above are for the North American
paper standard. We also manufacture cutting dies for the A3,
A2 & A4 paper sizes - at no additional cost.

We construct all our jigsaw puzzle cutting dies in the traditional
manner. The cutting blades are set in a plywood base (image
opposite shows this, with the ejection rubber removed).
Ejection rubber is then applied to the surface of the cutting
die, to prevent the cut jigsaw puzzle pieces from becoming
stuck in the sections.
Generally all our cutting dies of less than 100 pieces, are
manufactured with similarly shaped pieces (shown opposite).
All dies of 100 pieces and above, have varying shaped pieces
within. This can be altered at the time of construction, for
no extra charge.
